Sponsor a Youth Leader or Sponsor a Program Day

The Youth Leadership Tallahassee (YLT) program is designed to develop leadership skills in young people so that they are committed to active community involvement. YLT is part of the community leadership programs presented by Leadership Tallahassee and the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. The program participants are selected based on their leadership potential. Each year the program takes a diverse group of high school juniors directly to the source of topics important to our community. During the year long program the participants learn valuable leadership skills and are prepared to become ethical leaders committed to active community involvement.

Youth Leadership Tallahassee costs approximately $1,500 per student. To make YLT affordable to students from all walks of life, a nominal fee of $100 is charged.

Scholarship Amounts

$10,000 Magna Cum Laude to be the presenting YLT sponsor for 2008
$3,000 Summa Cum Laude to sponsor two youth leaders
$1,500 Cum Laude to sponsor one youth leader
Less than $1,500 Merit Scholar supports a partial scholarship

YLT Program Day Sponsorship Amounts

Gold Sponsor - $1,500

A Gold Sponsor of a Program Day will receive all the benefits of a Silver level sponsor plus the following benefits:

Attendance during Program Day Luncheon with one guest and opportunity to address the class
Opportunity to provide company materials or promotional items at the Program Day
Your company logo displayed on the Leadership Tallahassee, Inc. Web site
Introduction and acknowledgement at Class Graduation
Your company logo featured in the Class Graduation program

Silver Sponsor - $750

A Silver Sponsor of a Program Day will receive all the benefits of a Bronze level sponsor plus the following benefits:

Acknowledgement at Program Day
Attendance and introduction during Program Day Luncheon
Acknowledgement at Class Graduation
Company listing in Class Graduation program

Bronze Sponsor - $500

A Bronze Sponsor of a Program Day will receive the following benefits:

Recognition as sponsor on pre-event mailings and promotional materials

Acknowledgement as sponsor in an LT, Inc. e-mail newsletter article
Recognition at the Class Graduation
