Each program year includes:

• Interaction: going directly to the source of the days topic, participating in hands-on activities and learning valuable leadership skills.
• Reaction: discussing stimulating issues with local, state, and national leaders.
• Action: meeting challenges facing the Tallahassee area and solving community problems using the team approach.

Highlights:

• Provide opportunities for a diverse group to interact with community leaders, decision makers and with one another.
• Acquaint participants with community needs, resources and other factors that influence the future development of Tallahassee/Leon County.
• Encourage participants to recognize their own potential and develop their leadership skills.
